Kooltherm K17 is a thin profiled insulated dry-lining plasterboard for adhesive bonding. It is fast & easy to install, suitable for commercial & residential projects. Kooltherm K17 is suitable for buildings that can’t be insulated on the outside or where external appearance can’t be changed. It is an ideal internal wall insulation solution for new build and retrofit projects and offers a slim profile, thus saving the real estate space of the building envelope while providing thermal comfort.
Kingspan Insulation Kooltherm K17 Insulated Plasterboard is a fiber-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core, sandwiched between a front-facing of tapered edge gypsum-based plasterboard and a reverse tissue based facing adhesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture.

Kooltherm 10 Year Warranty
Kooltherm products are expected to have a long lifespan of service. Its durability depends on the supporting structure and the conditions of its use. A 10-year warranty covers Kooltherm insulation for both residential and commercial projects. It is available upon request as subject to the terms of the Kingspan Kooltherm warranty.
