With composite foil facing on both sides, Kooltherm K12 Framing Board improves the thermal resistance of unventilated cavities adjacent to the board, and is suitable for timber and steel frame wall construction.
Kingspan Kooltherm K12 Framing Board is a fiber-free rigid thermoset phenolic insulation, faced on both sides with a foil adhesively bonded to the insulation core during manufacture. This reflective surface improves the thermal resistance of any cavity adjacent to the board.

Kooltherm 10 Year Warranty
Kooltherm products are expected to have a long lifespan of service. Its durability depends on the supporting structure and the conditions of its use. Kooltherm insulation is covered by a 10-year warranty for both residential and commercial projects. It is available upon request as subject to the terms of the Kingspan Kooltherm warranty.
